Does this change reporting or compliance tracking?

No. We maintained our top-tier reporting and compliance tracking functionality exactly as it is. Your administrative data remains secure and accurate.

Will learners lose progress or experience disruptions?

Absolutely not. This is strictly a front-end interface upgrade. Your course progress is entirely safe and unaffected by the new design.

Are administrators required to relearn the system?

No. Administrator workflows remain exactly the same. Only the learner-facing interface received this modern update.

Are exam prep students affected?

No. This rollout applies strictly to users enrolled only in Continuing Education.

What happens if a student has both CE and Exam Prep courses in their homeroom?

They will not see the upgraded dashboard. Dashboard 2.0 displays only for students who have exclusively CE courses in their homeroom. If you add an Exam Prep course later, your view will remain on the classic dashboard.

Can a student revert to the old dashboard?

Yes. For a limited time, you can easily revert to the original dashboard. Simply navigate to the profile feature within your account settings to toggle your view.
