If you have already purchased study materials from STC and the current date is within
one year of the purchase date, you can enroll in a class by contacting the STC office
nearest you. There may be an additional fee to enroll in a class.
Please be advised that some classes will close out sooner than others and it is
recommended that you enroll as soon as possible to insure your enrollment in the
class you want.

and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received
the RMA number, you must return your study materials to STC within 7 business days.
Some products are not eligible for a refund. Please contact the
nearest you to determine if you are eligible for an RMA Number.
Your online exams will be available to you for up to one year from the date of purchase
and are limited to a specific number of attempts per exam depending on the series
and course. It is considered an attempt whenever you submit an exam to be graded.
You can verify how many attempts remain through viewing your History screen. Access
to your exams terminates one year after purchase.
Once you access the Online Flashcards or an On-Demand Lecture, a timer is activated.
You have one year from the date of purchase to activate the timer. Each product
has its own usage time limit. For specific information on usage time allowed, please
read the package description.
If you have received a message that your time has expired, please contact a Customer
Service Representative in the event that you would like to purchase additional time.
You are eligible to purchase additional time as long as not more than one year has
passed since your expiration date.
High-Speed Internet Connection
You are entitled to one Virtual Class. You have one year from the date of purchase
of your materials to attend your Virtual Class.
You should have received a confirmation e-mail that includes your Registration ID
and Session Password. This is required to log into your Virtual Class. You can join
the class approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to the start time.
